The Nellies Trio will be playing at Carmen’s Café for Troy’s annual Victorian Stroll featuring Karen Ann, Peggy & Kevin Maul. We had lunch at Carmen’s recently and it’s absolutely charming and the food is wonderful. They are located at 198 1st Street in Troy – please note that 1st Street is a one-way street heading south FROM downtown Troy to Rennesslear.
