The Nellies will be playing at Carmen’s Café for Troy’s annual Victorian Stroll featuring Karen Ann on guitar and vocals, Peggy Lecuyer on mandolin and vocals, Gene Lemme on bass and special guests TBD. We had lunch at Carmen’s recently and it’s absolutely charming and the food is wonderful. They are located at 198 1st Street in Troy – please note that 1st Street is a one-way street heading south FROM downtown Troy to Rennesslear.
